Vinification

50% of the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks where the indigenous yeasts produce fresh and fragrant aromas, combined with a rich texture. The other 50% ferments in 500 litres oak barrel where it goes through a full malolactic fermentation to fully bring out the finesse and expressiveness of the Vernaccia aromas. The aging process, which lasted approximately 7 months.

Full-flavoured and well-balanced white wine, with a delicate floral and fruity bouquet of green apple and pear, with a salty sensation given by the unique soil made up fossilized oyster shell.
